We are leaving in less than 4 days.  By the end of this week we will be in Canada and on our way to an amazing adventure.  Every time I tell someone where we are headed, I hear how amazing it is or beautiful, or how much we will love it.  I am busy packing - have been for a few days - I do it in shifts.  I hope that I don't forget anything.  Take a moment if you can and write in your journal about how you are feeling - probably mixed emotions!  Don't worry, the time will be filled with amazing adventures and Ms. Stacey and Ms. Kelly will be right there to help you and cheer you on!  IT WILL BE THE TIME OF YOUR LIFE

HI Ambassadors!  Have you checked out the itinerary on the P2P site???  It looks like so much fun.  we will be very busy!  I am really excited for the program and especially all the cool places we will go and the nature we will see.  Hopefully you are all excercising and will ready for some mountain hikes.  we will have our picnic on Sunday, so you will get your shirts and bags and luggage tags AND our T-shirts that we ordered should also be in , so I will bring those.  They are going to be Sapphire blue!  Hope school  is going well for everyone - I am sure you are all counting down days till summer.

89 days and counting

I cant believe it is only 89 days away util we start our Canadian adventure together.  It's funny how you start to think of it in more literal terms as it gets closer.  Like if you see a picture of  a whale, you think, in a few months I will see one - for real.  Or with all the titanic stuff they are showing on TV , you think about going up to the ice field and being on a glacier...  I hope that you are all starting to think this way as well.  I have a packing list for Canada that P2P just emailed me and I will be passing that along to you via email and making a copy for our meeting on April 29th.  Hopefully you all read the Canada information on your website and have some more ideas about what we will be doing.  OUr flight information is on the P2P site now.  We will be meeting Aidan in Dallas!  I am not sure when we we will meet up with the other delegation.  I will email their leader today.  Now, as for homework in your journal.  I would like you to write a journal entry ( or 2 if you would like) about one day on your spring break or if you didn't have a spring break, you can choose another day.  Try to pick a day when you DID something.  This will help you prepare for our journal writing while we are traveling.  Be specific and write down details that might be forgettable otherwise.  Also write your thoughts, feelings, reactions, opinions... 
Other than that, you should have all your quizzes done by April 29th.

Get ready to Pack

Hi, On saturday we will spend some time getting to know each other better and learning aboutthe actual program, But I think the thing that will really make this sem real is we will be talking about what we will need to have for the program.  We will look at Ms. Theresa's blog and talk about when we will be doing those same or similar things.  I am bringing my suitcase and some items we will most likely need.  I am excited to talk with you about all the awesome things that will be happening and what we will be able to do together.  I want to play some games and have some fun - be ready to play and have fun.  Can't wait to see you all!!

Welcome

Hello Ambassadors and families.  Welcome to our new blog.  I am hoping we can getthis going and get used to this before we head off on our awesome Canadian adventure.  I have been in contact with the leader from last year and looked at ther blog they did last year.  Here is the address for that one and you can see some of the amazing things they did and we will likely do.  Remember that our program could be a little differnet but it will be very similar.  Hope we can all keep track of each other throughthis and then share our adventures with our families back in Michigan when we go.  I will also invite Aidand in Colorado and our blended delegation out east.  I am looking forward to seein gyou all on Saturday for our next meeting!  Ms. Amy
